  1. Returns

 

All sales final. Given the unique nature of our product, we do not accept returns for any handmade items. Gift card sales are also final and may not be returned. However, your experience is our priority and we would love to hear from you if you are not pleased with your purchase. Please email us at hello@Milankamilanka.com within 30 days of your purchase.

All non-handmade items (e.g. clothing) may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.

 

 

  1. Exchanges

 

All exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase and require a receipt or proof of purchase. To exchange or return for store credit a non-handmade item, bring your item to our store and we will be happy to find you a replacement or issue a store credit certificate. If you need to return or exchange a purchased item by mail, please send us an email at hello@Milankamilanka.com, and we will email you a pre-paid mailing label for you to ship the item(s) back to us. All you have to do is to pack it securely and take it to a post office.

 

If you choose to use your own label to ship the item(s) back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee the safety of delivery from you to us. Our return address is:

Please send all returns/exchanges back to us within 14 days of purchase.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered to you may vary.

 

 

  1. Store credits

 

All return for store credit requests must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase and require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are approved and upon receipt of the returned item, your store credit will be issued for the full amount excluding original shipping charges, if any. Store credits expire after 5 (five) years from the date of issuance.  

 

 

  1. Return/Exchange of Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit certificate will be handed or mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or was shipped to the gift giver’s address, we will send a store credit certificate to the original purchaser, in which case, the gift-giver will find out about your return.
